Logistics / Scheduling / Site Engineer
Location: Finland, Helsinki
We are looking for:
A Logistics / Scheduling / Site Engineer who has experience of logistics and who can coordinate and organize. If you have the ability to keep track on multiple processes and plan things ahead, we have a challenge waiting for you. As a Logistics / Scheduling / Site Engineer, you will:
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Plan and track the shipments
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc.
- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
- Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
Your education and language skills:
- Fluent in Finnish and English
- Education in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
To succeed, you have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer-savviness with a working knowledge of any logistics software
- Ability to track multiple processes
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
- Experience in customer service
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Proven experience as logistics coordinator
